Service scope, deliverables, and any advisory agreement terms are confirmed in a written client agreement signed before paid services begin. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the client agreement controls.
5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are stated before purchase — no hidden charges. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees for the current cycle are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current information; to safeguard your account credentials; and to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or material changes to your financial situation.
7. Custody of Assets
Client assets are held at independent, SIPC-member third-party custodians. Finance Ezzy never takes physical or proprietary custody of client funds except as expressly authorized in the advisory agreement.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse this website, including: attempting unauthorized access, scraping content at scale, transmitting malware, or using our brand or content without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content — text, design, graphics, and the Finance Ezzy name and marks — is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without consent.
